Full job descriptionAn established international consumer products business is seeking an experienced Head of FP&A to join on an interim basis for an initial 3-6 month contract.


The role of the Head of FP&A will be highly commercial in its nature leading both the financial planning & analysis and the business partnering functions. As a key appointment in the finance team and across the wider business this position will be extremely high profile and far reaching. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer the responsibilities and opportunities will include:
*Development and production of the quarterly budgets for the executive leadership team.
*Finance business partnering to the buying, merchandising and marketing teams.
*Developing commercial insight and analysis on market, product and customer trends.
*Developing and designing the board packs and all reporting inclusive of KPI’s and metrics.
*Ownership of the monthly management accounts, forecasting and re-forecasting functions.
The candidate will be a qualified accountant with extensive commercial finance, business partnering and FP&A experience. Candidates who have the flair to translate complex, financial data into meaningful commercial information are essential.
