Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Supply Planner on behalf of a well-established and growing business.
This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with experience in supply planning, purchasing or procurement to join a busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing purchase orders in line with forecasts, customer demand and lead times.
*Liaising with suppliers to monitor orders, shipments and delivery schedules.
*Monitoring stock levels and ensuring product availability.
*Identifying and resolving supply shortages, delays and inventory issues.
*Maintaining accurate purchasing and inventory records.
*Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience in supply planning, purchasing, procurement or inventory management.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Confident communicator with the ability to build supplier relationships.
*Good Excel skills and experience using purchasing or ERP systems.
*Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
*Food industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
*Knowledge of international shipping or Spanish language skills would be beneficial.
