An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a successful Finance & Accounting team based in the West End.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven recruiter who enjoys building strong client and candidate relationships, winning new business and delivering an exceptional service. With a global presence and B Corp certification, this purpose-driven company specialises in placing finance professionals across industries, delivering exceptional service through innovation across Europe, the Middle East and the U.S.
Responsibilities
*Develop and manage existing client relationships.
*Identify and win new business opportunities.
*Attract and interview high-calibre candidates.
*Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
*Use databases and LinkedIn to source and engage candidates.
*Produce high-quality candidate shortlists.
*Manage the recruitment process from brief through to offer.
*Provide clients with market insight and salary benchmarking.
*Contribute ideas across marketing, technology, PR and events.
*Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and client service.
Person Profile
*Proven recruitment experience, ideally within Finance & Accounting.
*Strong sales, business development or account management experience.
*Commercially aware and target-driven.
*Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
*Confident building relationships at all levels.
*Positive, energetic and proactive.
*Highly organised with excellent time-management skills.
*Able to work under pressure while remaining calm and professional.
*A strong team player with the confidence to mentor and lead by example.
*High levels of integrity, professionalism and commitment.
