REED Business Support are delighted to represent our client who are urgently seeking a Spanish/Portuguese speaking candidate for a Customer Service/Sales support role. This position is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills who is comfortable handling phone queries and engaging in sales activities. Day-to-day of the role:
*Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality service experience.
*Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
*Using Sales Force
*Chasing Leads/Sales
*Engage in lead generation and sales calls to meet daily and monthly targets.
*Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact to achieve sales goals.
*Maintain a transparent sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring all sales data is up-to-date and accurate.
*Analyse sales data to drive and improve the sales process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Must be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
*Must be reliable and diligent
*Proven experience in customer service and sales environments.
*Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
*Skilled in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
