Your new role
Freelance Site Manager to support with holiday cover on a scheme in the Kings Lynn area. As Site Manager, you will be taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Duties:
*Oversee daily site activities and subcontractor management
*Drive health & safety compliance across the project
*Monitor programme performance and quality standards
*Coordinate labour, materials and site logistics
*Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders
*Ensure works are delivered on time and to specification


What you’ll need to succeed
*SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
*Proven experience as a Site Manager working for a main contractor
*Available to start at short notice
