Our client is a large, international business based in central Oxford.
Your new role
Our client has embarked on a financial transformation programme. The current phase involves engaging a long-term strategic partner to deliver core finance operations (RTR, OTC, PTP, and Employee Expenses) on an outsourced basis. Ensuring this partnership delivers the required commercial value and operational excellence requires a dedicated focus on relationship health, performance enforcement, and contractual integrity.
The Finance Delivery Partner Manager is accountable for the commercial, contractual, and experiential performance of the outsourced partner. You will ensure that the partnership remains outcome-focused and transparent, managing the end-to-end colleague, customer, and supplier experience of Finance Operations delivery.
What you’ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant who can manage a strategic outsourced service provider relationship in a financial operations environment, hold a third party to account for delivery, performance, and outcomes and be commercially astute enough to understand contracts, pricing models, change requests, and service credits. You will be able to use data, KPIs and SLAs to monitor and drive performance improvement and focus on the end-to-end customer, colleague, and supplier experience rather than individual transactions.
