Semi Static Maintenance Engineer????

Semi Static Maintenance Engineer. We are looking for a Semi Static Maintenance Engineer with Electrical Engineer and Mechanical Multi Skilled Engineer abilities. Working across 3 sites in West London.
The Static Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Building Services Engineer role will involve planned and reactive maintenance. The Static Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer role will involve maintaining building services systems, completing PPMs, attending reactive issues and ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently and to a high standard.

The Static Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer responsibilities include:
*Carry out planned preventative maintenance
*Attend reactive maintenance issues and building repairs
*Service, maintain and fault-find mechanical and M&E systems
*Carry out routine inspections
*Complete job reports, log books, maintenance records etc
*Monitor plant rooms and site equipment
*Complete scheduled works on time
*Liaise professionally with clients, tenants and contractors on site


The Static Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer will need:
*Experience in building services maintenance
*Experience working with mechanical and M&E systems
*Relevant and up to date qualifications
*Good fault finding and maintenance skills
*Experience carrying out a range of PPM duties


The Static Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer salary is £40-50k depending on experience
