What you’ll be doing
* Leading and managing the Life Sciences curriculum areas
* Developing and implementing curriculum strategies that meet learner, employer and community needs
* Managing, coaching and developing a team of teaching staff to achieve outstanding performance
* Driving excellence in teaching, learning, assessment and quality improvement
* Monitoring performance through lesson observations, learning walks and quality processes
* Leading on recruitment, retention, achievement and progression targets
* Managing resources, budgets and operational planning within your curriculum area
* Ensuring an outstanding learner experience and positive student outcomes across all programmes
* Contributing to wider College strategic objectives as part of the management team
