Scotland | Door-to-Door Pay | £22-£24 per Hour | Company Van Provided
We’re working with a well-established business within the crushing and screening sector that is looking to add an experienced Plant Fitter / Service Engineer to its growing service team.
This is a field-based role covering customer sites across Scotland, carrying out planned maintenance, servicing, diagnostics and breakdown repairs on crushers and screeners. You’ll join a close-knit team of six service engineers, reporting directly to the Service Manager.
The Role
*Service, maintain and repair crushers and screeners at customer sites
*Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
*Attend breakdown call-outs across Scotland
*Carry out planned preventative maintenance and inspections
*Work closely with the service team to ensure downtime is minimised
*Complete service documentation using a company tablet
*Maintain high standards of health and safety on customer sites
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience working on crushers, screeners, heavy plant or similar equipment
*Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
*Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
*Ability to work independently in a field service environment
*Full UK driving licence
*Excellent customer-facing skills
