Full job descriptionKenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of an established business within the construction industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong trade background to manage multiple projects from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects simultaneously.
*Conducting site visits and attending progress meetings.
*Coordinating subcontractors, materials and project schedules.
*Monitoring project budgets, costs and variations.
*Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
*Maintaining health & safety compliance and resolving site issues.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills & Experience:
*Proven experience managing commercial refurbishment or fit-out projects.
*Strong trade background essential, ideally carpentry or joinery.
*Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
*SMSTS qualification essential.
*Full UK driving licence essential.
*Experience managing refurbishment projects within commercial environments would be advantageous.
