Full job descriptionKenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Senior Supply Planner on behalf of a well-established and growing business.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to take ownership of supply planning, supplier relationships and inventory management, whilst supporting the wider Procurement team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing supply planning and purchasing across a portfolio of products and suppliers.
*Monitoring stock levels, forecasts and customer demand.
*Managing supplier relationships, performance and delivery schedules.
*Identifying and resolving supply shortages, delays and inventory risks.
*Supporting procurement decisions and improving supply planning processes.
*Providing guidance and support to junior Supply Planners.
Skills & Experience:
*Strong experience in supply planning, procurement or inventory management.
*Experience managing suppliers and complex supply chains.
*Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP systems.
*Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
*Experience within FMCG or international supply chains would be advantageous.
