Salary: £120 per day
Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity?
A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a committed Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school within the London South East Academy Trust in Hastings on a long-term supply basis starting from 2nd November.
This role is ideal for an individual who is enthusiastic about helping children achieve their full potential and who enjoys working as part of a collaborative school team.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support pupils’ learning both in and out of the classroom.
*Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning activities.
*Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.
*Help promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement.
*Support students with varying learning needs, including SEND where appropriate.
*Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate needs:
*Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
*A patient, caring and positive approach.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
*A proactive and flexible attitude.
*Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
