Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Handyperson / Maintenance Operative to provide temporary cover at an accommodation site in Birmingham City Centre.The role will involve carrying out a variety of general repairs and maintenance throughout the accommodation, so we’re looking for someone practical, reliable and comfortable undertaking a broad range of minor works.

Duties will include:
*General maintenance and repairs
*Painting and touch-up works
*Minor repairs to fixtures and fittings
*Minor fixing works, including sockets where appropriate
*General handyperson duties
*Identifying and resolving general maintenance issues
*Ensuring work is completed to a good standard
Requirements:
*Previous handyperson, maintenance or similar experience
*Good general maintenance skills across a variety of tasks
*Reliable and able to work independently
*No formal trade qualifications required
*Available to start ASAP

This is an initial 4-week temporary assignment, paying up to £23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
