My client is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its established team in North Hampshire. You’ll work with a diverse client base, including HNW individuals with substantial property portfolios and overseas assets, handling high-quality and often complex matters.
The Role
*Manage a varied Private Client caseload
*Advise on Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
*Handle Estate and Tax Planning, Wills and Trusts
*Advise on Trust Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Deal with Court of Protection matters
*Build strong client relationships and take ownership of your matters
*Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues to deliver excellent client service
About You
*Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in Private Client
*Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of Private Client matters
*Confident managing your own caseload
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team
*Keen to develop your expertise and progress your career
