Senior Growth AnalystShoreditch (4 days per week) | Up to £80,000Join a high-growth consumer business where analytics is central to commercial decision-making. This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to influence growth strategy, drive experimentation, and work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Finance.The CompanyThey are a fast-scaling, subscription-led consumer business using data to drive growth, customer engagement and product innovation. Analytics is embedded across the organisation, with a strong focus on evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.The RoleYou will partner with Growth, Product and Marketing teams to uncover opportunities, influence strategy and improve business performance.Responsibilities include:*Analysing customer acquisition, conversion and retention performance
*Designing and evaluating A/B tests and experiments
*Conducting funnel, cohort and customer behaviour analysis
*Building dashboards and monitoring key business metrics
*Identifying growth opportunities and providing actionable recommendations
*Presenting insights to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
*Partnering cross-functionally to solve commercial challenges
Your Skills & Experience*Strong SQL skills and experience with a visualisation tool such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
*Experience in Growth Analytics, Product Analytics or Marketing Analytics
*Background in a digital, consumer, e-commerce or subscription business
*Strong understanding of experimentation and hypothesis-driven analysis
*Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders
*Proactive, curious and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
