Full job descriptionReed Technology is partnering with a prestigious organisation in Edinburgh to recruit a Business Analyst for a 3 month contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
*Work with stakeholders across the organisation to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and user journeys that support the Dynamics 365 CRM solution.
*Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, data-flow diagrams, and gap analyses.
*Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to define as-is and to-be processes.
*Support solution design, configuration, and validation activities.
*Manage and maintain all CRM-related work items within Azure DevOps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
*Solid experience working as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and wider digital transformation initiatives.
*Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including requirements management, user story creation, test case documentation, and Agile delivery tracking.
*Experience supporting system testing, UAT, and business readiness activities.
*Ideally, knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.
*Ideally, experience working within public sector, membership, or regulatory environments.
