We are recruiting Teaching Assistants, SEN TAs, EYFS Practitioners and HLTAs for Lightcliffe Primary.
Role Expectations:*Support pupils in class, small groups or 1:1
*Assist teachers with learning activities and classroom routines
*Help pupils with reading, writing, phonics and core subjects
*Support children with SEND including Autism, ADHD or SEMH needs
*Encourage positive behaviour and independence
*Contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment
We’re Looking For:*Experience supporting children
*SEN / EYFS / TA background welcomed
*Strong communication skills
*Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic
