Salary: £27,000 - £32,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of architectural services to the residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their Healthcare team in their Birmingham studio.

Duties for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
*Help deliver on a range of healthcare projects from inception through to completion
*Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
*Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
*Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
Requirements for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
*Successfully completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification
*Relevant post Part 1 qualification experience as an Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
*Relevant Post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience in a relevant role is desirable
*Experience working on projects within the healthcare sector
*Proficiency with Revit
*Excellent drawing and design skills
*Ability to work well collaboratively and independently
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
