Full job descriptionPortfolio HR & Reward are proud to be supporting a global, manufacturing business that are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.
This role is based in Knutsford, and offers a salary between £35,000 - £45,000.


As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;
*Working alongside the existing HR Manager, with recruitment across the businesses, including initial screening calls, offboarding and onboarding tasks.
*Supporting with employee relations cases when they do arise
*Working on projects within the business including job architecture, developing policies and early careers.
*Providing information to payroll on a monthly basis


The ideal HR advisor will have the following experience;
*Previous experience working at a Senior HR Advisor capacity, being able to hit the ground running across all tasks
*CIPD level 3 or 5 qualification
*Have a resilient / adaptable approach
*Ideally come from a manufacturing background
