Full job descriptionJob DescriptionThe New Homes Group are looking for motivated Customer Service & Sales Advisors to join our growing team in Wakefield. OTE £30k plus bonuses (Year 1 guaranteed commission)
We are looking for individuals who have the skills, attributes, and drive to improve our customers experience throughout the mortgage application journey. You’ll need to be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Main responsibilities:
*Making and receiving calls to customers referred to us by our national house-builder clients.
*Accurately recording customer information as part of the mortgage application process.
*Completing fact-finds and researching lender affordability and lending criteria.
*Promoting our services and booking appointments with our specialist Mortgage Advisors.
Required Knowledge, skills, and qualifications:
*A strong interest in the Financial Services Industry, particularly within mortgages and protection.
*Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales environment.
*Ability to work a rotating 4-week rota, including every other weekend.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
*Organised, and adopts a disciplined and structured approach to work.
*Competent user of IT
