An opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Engineer to join a small, tight-knit IT team, providing technical support across the HQ and locations throughout the Northwest.

Due to the field requirement for this role, a driving licence and car are essential.

Key Requirements
*Providing supporting to EPOS systems.
*Provide training to staff members throughout the Northwest.
*Managing and maintaining existing hardware and software.
*Responsible for system rollouts.
*Provide support for business end-users.
Key Skills
*Proven experience in an IT Support or similar technical role.
*Strong all-round understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and networking.
*Experience supporting Windows Server environments and troubleshooting hardware and software.
*Practical knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
*Proven experience supporting and maintaining EPOS hardware and software.
*Microsoft: Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server and Office applications.
*Networking: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switches and firewall configurations.
*Infrastructure: VMware, Veeam, desktop, laptop and server configuration.
