Full job descriptionA fast-growing, technology-enabled business operating sites internationally is seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Finance Manager. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will support day-to-day finance operations and strengthen financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
*Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end close across multiple group entities
*Prepare management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis
*Partner with operational stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, site profitability and capital expenditure
*Maintain robust financial controls and support audits, statutory accounts, VAT and UK GAAP compliance
*Produce weekly cash flow forecasts and support working capital, treasury and FX activity
*Oversee Accounts Payable, expenses and corporate card processes, ensuring adherence to approval workflows and spend controls
About You
*ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified
*5+ years’ accounting and finance experience in a Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner, Senior Management Accountant or similar role
*Proven month-end close experience, plus strong cash flow forecasting and balance sheet management skills
*Advanced Excel skills and experience with cloud-based accounting systems
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
