Our client is a very established and reputed law firm with an excellent presence already across Devon & Somerset.
The Role

You will work on a caseload of plot sales, acting for a variety of both large & small developers.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Reviewing the title, planning documents and searches for entire developments
*Raising site-wide enquiries
*Preparing master site precedent reports, to then be used for individual plot purchases
About You
*Ideally you should be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
*Newly Qualified Solicitors are encouraged to get in touch
*New Homes/Plot Sales experience is not needed as full training will be given
*Unqualified fee earners with new homes/plot sales experience will be considered
