Who You Will Work With
Our client is a global financial services firm that manages wealth, navigates complex markets, and design strategic financial objectives. The firm provides risk management solutions across a variety of sectors, emphasizing long-term relationships, and innovative approaches to financial challenges.

What You’ll Do
*Design, manage and execute Market Regulations programmes for EMEA and APAC
*Develop policy interpretations and implement procedural guidance
*Coordinate change management initiatives and ensure timely communication of updates
*Partner with stakeholders to automate policy rules and support effective operational frameworks
*Facilitate testing processes and ensure compliance with audit requirements

What You Bring
*Strong understanding of EMEA and global market regulations
*Proven track record in programme or project management within financial services
*Experience in regulatory change implementation and operational risk management
*Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
*Ability to manage complex, multi-region projects effectively
*A minimum of five years’ relevant experience
