Full job descriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a 5-week refurbishment and remedial works project in Knowsley.


Scope of Works:
*Roof remedial works
*Internal strip-out works
*Electrical works
*Flooring installations
*Internal decoration and finishing
*Final site clean and handover
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors
*Manage programme, quality and health & safety on site
*Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard
*Coordinate trades and monitor progress against programme
*Maintain site records, inductions and RAMS compliance
*Manage snagging and final handover
Requirements:
*Proven experience managing refurbishment and fit-out projects
*Valid SMSTS certification
*CSCS card
*First Aid at Work qualification
*Fire Marshal/Warden
*Asbestos Awareness
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple trades and deliver to tight deadlines
