Job Description:
Full job descriptionMorgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead to work for a company based in the Horsham, West Sussex area. The AP Team Lead will be overseeing the AP function and team.
Location: Hybrid working - Horsham, West Sussex. Parking onsite
Hours: 8.30-4.30 / 9-5 Mon-Fri
AP Team Lead duties:
*Monitoring and supervising the AP function and team
*Manage end-to-end supplier invoice processing
*Payment runs
*Supporting with month-end
*Liaising with suppliers
*Daily bank reconciliations
*Looking at the current AP processes and making suggestions for improvements
Skills and experience:
*Proven AP experience working in a similar Accounts Payable Team Lead type role
*Good IT skills, including Excel - pivot tables / v-look up etc
*Ideally have used systems such as Dynamics / NetSuite / Access Dimension
