Salford | £13.50 per hour | Immediate Start
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity | Fully Office-Based
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent customer service?
Our client, a growing electric vehicle charging business based in Salford, is seeking an Outbound Customer Success Advisor to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation within the EV sector, with the potential for a permanent position.
The Role
You’ll proactively contact customers to support onboarding, follow up on quotations, and ensure a positive customer experience following EV charger installation.
Key Responsibilities
*Contact customers experiencing issues with rewards scheme registration and support them through the process.
*Assist customers who have registered but not yet claimed rewards.
*Follow up on outstanding EV installation quotations and requests for information.
*Help convert customer enquiries into booked and paid installations.
*Conduct customer satisfaction calls following installations.
*Identify and escalate customer concerns where necessary.
*Encourage customer reviews and positive feedback.
*Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer information.
*Support the wider Customer Service team during busy periods.
*Work towards agreed KPIs and service targets.
About You
*Previous experience in customer service, outbound calling, telesales or account management.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Confident and professional telephone manner.
*Strong problem-solving abilities.
*Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
*Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
*Positive attitude with a desire to make an impact.
