We’re looking to a speak to skilled Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician - Domestic to join a reactive repairs team delivering high-quality maintenance works across occupied residential properties throughout Greater London and North London.
There are multiple positions available across several locations, making this a great opportunity for experienced tradespeople looking for a long-term role with a busy and growing business.
Role Responsibilities:
*Carrying out reactive repairs and general building maintenance
*Delivering first-time fixes across a range of trade disciplines
*Working closely with residents and providing excellent customer service
*Using mobile technology to manage jobs and complete reports
*Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Ideal Candidate
*NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Plastering, Decorating, Bricklaying, Groundworks or similar)
*Multi-trade maintenance experience
*Knowledge of social housing or residential maintenance environments
*Strong customer service skills
*Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems
*Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
