Office based role Monday to Friday
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Business Development Executive to develop new and existing client relationships, generate quality business opportunities, and support applications through the early stages of the funding process.
Key Responsibilities
*Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and customers.
*Generate new business opportunities and increase activity from existing accounts.
*Follow up enquiries, applications and outstanding documentation.
*Support introducers and customers throughout the application process.
*Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems.
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure applications progress efficiently.
*Attend introducer meetings, networking events and other external business activities.
*Achieve agreed activity, application and performance targets.
About You
*Ideally 1 year’s sales, business development or account management experience.
*Comfortable working within a target-driven environment.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Organised, self-motivated and commercially minded.
*Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
