Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships, and sourcing high-quality candidates.
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within engineering or finance sectors, or a strong interest in developing expertise within these markets.


Key Responsibilities
Business Development
*Identify and win new business opportunities within target industries
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
*Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Candidate Management
*Source, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates using multiple channels
*Conduct interviews, screening, and skills assessments
*Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
Account Management
*Maintain and grow existing client accounts
*Ensure high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction
*Provide market insights and hiring advice to clients
Recruitment Delivery
*Manage the full 360 recruitment process from role qualification to placement
*Write and advertise job specifications
*Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations


Required Skills & Experience
Essential
*Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a sales / business development role
*Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
*Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
*Ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Desirable
*Experience recruiting within engineering or finance sectors
*Knowledge of technical roles, financial markets, or industry-specific terminology
*Existing client network or market specialisation
