Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting enthusiastic graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience within secondary schools across Liverpool.
Whether you are considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, counselling, social care or another child-focused profession, working as a Graduate School Support Assistant is an excellent way to gain meaningful experience while making a real difference to young people.
The Role
*Supporting pupils in the classroom and helping them engage with their learning.
*Working alongside teachers and school staff to support pupils’ progress.
*Providing one-to-one and small-group support.
*Helping pupils develop their confidence, independence and social skills.
*Building positive relationships with children and young people.
*Supporting classroom activities, behaviour management and daily school routines.
*Gaining valuable practical experience within a professional education setting.
Who We’re Looking For
*Recent graduates or university students.
*A genuine interest in working with children and young people.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*An enthusiastic, patient and approachable attitude.
*Reliable, professional and proactive individuals.
*Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
