Venn Group’s specialist finance recruitment team is recruiting a Head of Accounts for a multi-service law firm in Wilmslow. This permanent opportunity offers an excellent next step for an experienced legal cashier looking to take ownership of a finance function.
The role
You will be responsible for:
*Acting as the sole member of the Accounts Department
*Reviewing balances
*Posting invoices to the ledger
*Supporting the firm’s conveyancing department
*Utilising the firm’s case management system
About you
*Ideally a minimum 5 years’ legal cashiering / legal finance experience
*Previous conveyancing experience
*Experience using a case management system
*Knowledge of systems such as LawWare or Proclaim would be desirable
*Ability to work independently and manage a standalone finance function
