We’re recruiting an experienced Multi Trader to join the in-house maintenance team of an established housing association.This is a long-term temp-to-perm opportunity, offering consistent full-time work across the organisation’s housing stock and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
The role:
*Responsive repairs and general maintenance
*Working across occupied and void social housing properties
*Completing a variety of multi-trade repairs
*Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and general maintenance
*Full-time, ongoing workload
*Van provided for work purposes
*Genuine opportunity to move into a permanent position
What we’re looking for:
*Strong multi-trade experience
*Domestic or social housing experience preferred
*Good customer service skills
*Full UK driving licence
*Reliable and looking for long-term work
