Our client is a well-established law firm seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their expertise in property and housing disputes within a supportive team, handling a varied caseload with scope for further career progression.
The Role
*Residential landlord and tenant disputes
*Section 8 and Section 21 possession proceedings
*Rent arrears and debt recovery
*Drafting pleadings, witness statements and court applications
*Advising on litigation strategy and negotiating settlements
*Attending court hearings and undertaking advocacy where appropriate
About You
*Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE
*Experience in property litigation, housing litigation or related dispute resolution
*Familiarity with possession claims and rent arrears recovery
*Good knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
*Strong drafting, communication and client care skills
Experience acting for landlords, property investors, letting agents or housing providers would be advantageous.
