Full job descriptionOur client are a technology enable multisite company who are seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Management Accountant to support day-to-day finance operations and strengthen financial processes as the business scales. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will own management reporting, month-end close, cash flow monitoring and financial controls across 5 entities internationally
Key Responsibilities
*Own month-, quarter- and year-end close across group entities
*Prepare management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis
*Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and local statutory requirements
*Support annual audits and statutory reporting
*Monitor cash flow and maintain the cash forecast
*Prepare VAT returns and support multi-jurisdiction tax compliance alongside external advisors
*Partner with operational stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis
*Drive process improvement, automation and finance transformation initiatives
About You
Essential
*ACCA or CIMA qualified or part-qualified, or equivalent experience
*5+ years’ accounting and finance experience, including management reporting and month-end close
*Strong understanding of financial controls and audit processes
*Advanced Excel skills and experience with cloud accounting systems
