Overview
A growing law firm in Shoreham is seeking an experienced Wills, Trust & Probate Solicitor.
Role Requirements
Experience:
*Qualified Solicitor with experience in Wills, Trust & Probate
*Previous experience in probate, estate administration, the preparation of Wills and Trusts, tax advice and Powers of Attorney
Skills:
*Strong technical knowledge in Private Client law
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take instructions and advise clients clearly
*Ability to manage and prioritise a busy caseload independently
*Familiarity with case management systems and government online systems preferred
*STEP qualification preferred, or a willingness to undertake the qualification
