Full job descriptionFreightserve recruitment are looking for a Export Shipping Co-Ordinator dealing with Air, Road and Oceanfreight for a well-established Freight Company based in the E16 area.
Duties:-
*Data input from daily sheets
*Liaising with customers via email & phone
*Arranging worldwide air, sea & roadfreight shipments (both imports and exports)
*Arranging courier shipments from UK & from Northern Ireland
*Creating jobs and creating pick lists to give to warehouse
*Completing jobs ready for despatch
*Booking transport for third party deliveries
*Speaking / emailing with ships agents to get ETA & ETD of vessels.
Required Experience:-
*Air, Road and Oceanfreight knowledge
*Good customer service skills
