Full job descriptionConcierge / Building Porter
£28,000 | 4 on / 4 off | 8am-8pm | Bethnal Green
This is a hands-on role combining resident-facing customer service with the practical day-to-day running of the building. Ideal for someone who enjoys a varied position, takes pride in their work and is happy to get stuck in.
The role will involve:
*Welcoming residents, visitors and contractors.
*Managing parcels, deliveries and key control.
*Carrying out regular building checks and reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
*Keeping communal areas and the bin store clean and tidy.
*Maintaining records, completing scheduled checks and logging incidents.
*Supporting the general security and smooth running of the building.
What we’re looking for:
*Experience in residential concierge, building porter, caretaker or a similar role.
*A friendly, professional and reliable approach.
*Someone practical, organised and comfortable working independently.
*A hands-on attitude with a good eye for detail.
The details:
*Paid 60-minute break
*No night shifts involved
*Pension
*Holiday
