An exciting newly created opportunity to join a wonderful HR team of a prestigious US law firm as a Recruitment Specialist, managing the full recruitment cycle across lawyers, paralegals and business services in London and the European offices. Legal Recruitment Specialist – What You’ll Be Doing:
*Manage the full recruitment cycle for lawyers, paralegals, and business services position within the London office
*Work closely with hiring managers to fully understand their hiring needs and prepare job descriptions
*Utilise a variety of channels to source candidates
*Forge strong relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure up-to-date terms of business are in place
*Work closely with the HR Assistant to oversee the interview scheduling process and preparation of offer letters and contract documentation
*Coordinate the on-boarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition to the firm
Legal Recruitment Specialist – What We’re Looking For:
*2+ years’ recruitment experience gained within a law firm
*Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
*Strong understanding and knowledge of the legal industry
