Interim HR Integration Lead
Ongoing temporary assignment, C.3months

£300/day + holiday, depending on experience
The Client:
A growing business within the logistics sector, are looking to hire an interim HR Manager/Lead. They’re looking for a hands-on interim HR professional to set up the function from the ground up and lead the people side of the integration. This is a startup-style environment within a larger group, so it suits someone who enjoys building from scratch!
The HR Integration Lead Role:
*Setting up processes on a newly introduced HRIS
*Leading the TUPE transfer of employees from a newly acquired company onto the new business, including consultations
*Managing contracts and onboarding for employees joining following the acquisition
*Supporting the wider integration following the acquisition
*Handling general HR functions while the in-house team is established
*Working closely with an ambitious leadership team, helping shape their ideas into workable HR processes
Essential Skills and Experience:
*Strong generalist HR background at HRBP or HR Manager level
*Proven TUPE experience, including running consultations
*Able to work independently with minimal guidance
*Experience implementing or setting up an HRIS (Rippling desirable)
*Experience of M&A, integration or setting up an HR function from scratch
*Confident working with strong personalities and able to guide and support senior stakeholders
*Hands-on, organised and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Additional Details:

*Reporting into the CFO and Group Director
*Ongoing temporary assignment, aprrox 3-months, ASAP start
*9am - 5pm, hybrid, Monday - Wednesday on site
*£300 day rate + holiday
