The Role
*Advise employers on employee relations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
*Give commercial, tailored guidance to each client
*Keep accurate records on internal systems
*Refer matters needing specialist input
*Stay up to date with employment law developments
*Contribute to client training, legal updates and business development
About You
*Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in employment law
*Experience advising employers across a wide range of matters
*Commercial, pragmatic and an excellent communicator
*Organised, able to work independently and knows when to escalate
*Confident with case management systems and Microsoft Office
