A respected, award-winning multi-disciplinary construction and design consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its expanding Preston team. The practice is well regarded for delivering high-quality projects nationwide, with a portfolio spanning healthcare, education, commercial, residential, sports and leisure, and heritage.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Creating technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
*Preparing detailed construction information
*Taking designs forward through every project stage
*Producing planning and Building Regulations submissions
*Liaising with clients and project consultants
*Assisting with BIM coordination and project delivery
*Participating in meetings and site visits
*Solving technical and construction challenges
The ideal Architectural Technologist will have:
*A background as an Architectural Technician or Technologist
*Relevant experience within the UK construction industry
*A qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
*Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills
*Experience working in a BIM environment
*Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations
*Strong communication and coordination abilities
*CIAT accreditation, or a willingness to work towards it
