This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, managing enquiries and supporting sales in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
*Managing inbound customer enquiries and quotations
*Building and developing relationships with existing customers
*Identifying new sales opportunities and upselling products
*Processing orders and coordinating with internal departments
*Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry to delivery
The Candidate:
*Previous sales, account management or customer service experience
*Confident communicator with a proactive approach
*Strong organisational and administration skills
*Experience within manufacturing, engineering or distribution would be advantageous
