My client is looking for ambitious individuals to join their Altrincham office as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

As a Recruitment Consultant you’ll:
Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates in your market
Identify top talent through networking, headhunting and referrals
Generate new business through proactive outreach
Manage the full recruitment process including negotiating offers
Become an expert in your niche and build your own desk


You will need to be:
Comfortable in picking up the phone and speaking to new people
Competitive and motivated by financial reward
Tenacious and resilient
