Whether it’s supporting core academic subjects, working in dedicated SEND departments, or helping with day-to-day classroom cover, local secondary academies across CH62 and CH63 have immediate long-term placements and steady daily shifts available.
What You Need:
*Proven experience supporting 11-16-year-olds in school, care, or community settings.
*DBS on the Update Service (or ready to apply).
Key Responsibilities:*Keeping KS3 and KS4 classrooms focused and productive alongside subject teachers.
*Running targeted, small-group revision and catch-up sessions in core subjects.
*Providing 1:1 support for students who benefit from a grounded, mentor-style approach.
*Assisting during mock exam blocks as an invigilator, reader, or scribe.
