Full job descriptionFractional Finance Director | North Leeds | Permanent | 1–2 days per weekA successful, growing organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Director to provide strategic financial oversight and commercial guidance on a permanent, part-time basis. Working alongside an established and highly regarded two-person finance team, you will:
*Act as a trusted adviser to the business, bringing commercial insight and sound judgement.

*Provide senior financial oversight and support the finance team.

*Manage relationships with banks, auditors and tax advisers.

*Oversee UK financial reporting and compliance.

The business has strong financial foundations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute experienced leadership within a supportive, entrepreneurial culture and a state-of-the-art working environment.
This is a great opportunity for an established Fractional FD, with capacity to add to their portfolio, or a qualified senior finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating at Finance Director level and seeking a permanent part-time position.
Extensive UK finance experience is essential, including a thorough understanding of UK financial reporting, compliance and stakeholder management. A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships are equally important. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship, now or in the future.
