Job Description
*Lead the end-to-end purchasing strategy across direct and indirect goods
*Source, develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, contracts and agreements
*Drive cost reduction, risk management and continuous improvement
*Work cross-functionally to support new product introduction, cost reduction and budget targets
*Lead and develop the purchasing team.

*Proven experience with strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation and development
*Experience working within the automotive sector
*Experience leading or developing team members
*Commercially focused, resilient and comfortable making evidence-based decisions
