Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Goods In Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join a busy and friendly warehouse team in Hemel Hempstead. This role is ideal for someone with goods-in experience, forklift experience, and a hands-on approach who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring deliveries are received, checked, stored, and moved efficiently, helping keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
*Safely operate Reach, Counterbalance or Bendi forklifts
*Receive, unload and accurately check incoming deliveries
*Book stock into the warehouse system and complete associated paperwork
*Move raw materials, stock and finished products throughout the warehouse
*Support both Goods In and Goods Out operations
*Prepare pallets for storage and dispatch, including wrapping and labelling
*Carry out stock movements and assist with inventory control
*Weigh and record materials, barrels and IBCs accurately
*Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organised and compliant with health & safety standards
*Assist with general warehouse duties and manual handling when required
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience within a warehouse, goods-in or logistics environment
*Reach Truck, Counterbalance or Bendi experience
*Confident forklift operator with strong awareness of warehouse safety
*Experience receiving, checking and booking in stock
*Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling paperwork and stock records
*Team player with a positive, reliable attitude
*Manufacturing or production warehouse experience would be advantageous
