A busy, dynamic PR Agency is looking for a credit controller to help support the billing team on a 6m contract. This is a great role for anyone with experience in credit control, looking to work for a fast-paced, creative business.
What you’ll do:
*Monitoring customer accounts and chasing overdue payments
*Resolving invoice queries and discrepancies
*Working closely with billing and customer teams to make sure billing is accurate
*Aged debt reporting
What you’ll need:
*Experience in a credit control role previously (6 months +)
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Proactive nature and ability to chase payments in a professional way
*Good working knowledge of Excel/spreadsheets and Sage
*Accurate and organised under pressure
