What you’ll be doing
*Working a steady pipeline of warm, pre-qualified referrals by phone, no cold outreach
*Running fast-paced, consultative sales conversations aimed at a one-call close
*Building trust and credibility with decision makers over the phone
*Managing the full sales cycle by phone and email only, no site visits, no meetings
*Hitting and exceeding targets as part of a high performing outbound sales team
*Delivering a first-class customer experience at speed
What you’ll bring
*2+ years’ experience in telephone-based sales (not field, face-to-face or retail)
*A track record of closing new business in one or two calls
*Experience working warm or referral-based leads
*Strong objection-handling, rapport-building and telephone communication skills
*Solid pipeline management and organisational skills
*A stable career history showing progression and results
